- Operational logs needed to deliver and secure the service.

SMS messaging program
By providing your mobile number and confirming the one-time verification code, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Fire Line Rural Response related to wildfire incidents and coordination in your area.
Message frequency varies based on local wildfire activity. In quiet periods you may receive no messages for weeks; during an active incident you may receive several messages per day. A typical expected volume is 0–10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the address below.
Sharing of mobile numbers
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number, the contents of your SMS messages, or any opt-in information to any third party. We share your mobile number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly for the purpose of delivering messages you have opted in to receive, and only as required by law. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention
We retain account, incident, and message-log data for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
Security
Access to the service requires authentication. Photos and incident details are served only to authenticated, non-suspended members. We use industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) for all traffic.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
